Cheap Art Records is a punk/hardcore/indie label founded by Mike McKee (of the bands Kill the Man Who Questions, M-80, Justified Action, The Boils, Rizzo Machine, Amateur Party, Armalite, etc.) and Andrew Martini (of Dissucks and several of the aforementioned groups). The label was founded circa 2002 and shares its name with a former diner in the gayborhood section of Center City Philadelphia.
